TinyBoxes stores each token's parameters packed into contract storage (SSTORE), and the contract draws the animated SVG from them through its custom tokenArt(), which returns the SVG markup itself; the drawing code lives in a renderer contract the token contract has called since launch. The standard tokenURI points at an off-chain server.
