RGB stores each token's artwork in contract storage (SSTORE) as three numbers, and get() returns them: the red, green and blue planes of a 16 by 16 pixel image, one bit per pixel. Nothing on chain draws them, so an external script is necessary to render the picture, and tokenURI returns an empty string. The pictures on this page are this site's own rendering of those numbers.
