PETARP carries the shared 2048 byte Commodore 64 program in the contract itself and keeps each token's parameters in contract storage (SSTORE), together with any bytes an owner has changed; getTokenPRG combines them and returns that token's program as raw bytes. An external script is necessary to render it: a Commodore 64 or an emulator runs the program. The standard tokenURI points at an off-chain server (nopsta.com).
