Neolastics stores each piece as its token id, a hash written to contract storage (SSTORE) at mint, and the contract's own generateSVGofTokenById() draws the complete SVG from it and the palette in storage. The standard tokenURI points at an off-chain server serving a JSON copy of the same SVG.
