Hashrunes stores each rune's name in contract storage (SSTORE), and the generator is in the contract: getRune() returns the grid of Unicode block characters and getColors() the colours, plain text and numbers rather than an image. tokenURI points at an off-chain server where the project renders them into the PNG marketplaces show.
