Chublins Reborn keeps every SVG fragment and the palette in contract storage (SSTORE), and makeSVG() assembles them into the animated SVG that tokenURI() returns as an SVG data URI; traits derive from the token id in the contract. tokenSVG() always returns the on-chain SVG, while an owner can switch a token's tokenURI() to an off-chain PNG instead.
