BlockClock stores each clock's timezone offset and highlight colour in contract storage (SSTORE) and reads the time from the block timestamp. tokenURI returns JSON metadata whose image is an SVG clock face drawn by a renderer contract wired in at launch, with the typeface from another on-chain contract. The animation_url points at a program on IPFS.
